A Tucson Roof Inspection should be done on any Tucson home you are buying. We always recommend that buyers have a roof inspection done.
If you are using the regular Residential Real Estate Purchase Contract you will have an inspection period included in the contract, which is typically 10 days. During this period it is important to have your Roof Inspection done in addition to any other inspections you are doing on your new Tucson home.
There are many Roof inspection companies in Tucson to choose from. To locate a good Roof Inspector in Tucson, ask your Real Estate Agent for a referral. As Tucson Real Estate Agents we work with Roof inspectors in Tucson on a continual basis and can offer several recommendations for you.
We usually try to schedule the Roof Inspection to occur at the same time that the regular home inspection is taking place. That way we are all at the home anyway and don’t have to make a second trip back for each inspection.
A Roof Inspection Report will be prepared by the Tucson Roof Inspector and forwarded to you within a couple of days. It will be easy to read and understand and any problems found during the inspection will be included in the report. If there is any evidence of leaking or damages reported we will then ask for the appropriate repairs when we submit our repair request to the sellers.
