There are a couple of IRS requirements that you have to meet to qualify for a Tucson Moving Expense Tax Deduction.
The first test is the Employment Test. The employment test has to do with moving to a new job and the amount of time you spend at your job in addition to the timing of the move as related to the start of the new job.
The second test is the Distance Test. The distance test is basically a 50 mile distance requirement. The new job must be at least 50 miles further from your former home than your old job was.
