As a Tucson Home Buyer you might want to have a Tucson Mold Inspection done on any home you are in the process of buying. While mold inspections are not very common in Tucson, some buyers may wish to have one.
The Arizona Association of REALTORS® Residential Resale Real Estate Purchase Contract allows for an inspection period, which is typically 10 days. During this period it is important to have your mold inspection if you wish one, in addition to the other inspections you are doing on your new Tucson home.

If you decide to have a mold inspection we encourage you to accompany the mold inspector around the home as he does the inspection. You should feel free to ask any questions you may have during the inspection process.
